Project Manager (PMP) - Hybrid

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience and a strong background in Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Trading. The ideal candidate has experience in software development environments, client engagement, and/or PMO operations, with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Trading environments from planning through delivery.

• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.

• Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.

• Coordinate with Development, Business, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Support PMO operations, including project governance, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.

• Identify project risks and issues, proactively drive mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project management role.

• Experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Trading, or a closely related domain.

• Experience working in software development environments is highly preferred.

• Experience in client engagement and stakeholder management.

• Experience with PMO operations, project governance, reporting, and project management processes is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work directly with international clients and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• PMP certification is required, or an equivalent certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PgMP.

• Willingness to occasionally work from the office in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) when required.

• Salary:

  + 3-5yoe: Up to 30M

  + 5yoe+: Up to 35M
