.Net Developer - Ons Q1, HCM

- Develop and maintain backend systems for enterprise-grade CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Umbraco, and CrafterCMS.
- Implement personalization features within CMS environments.
- Design, develop, and secure APIs (RESTful and GraphQL).
- Work on migration projects for medium to large-scale systems (nice to have).
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot backend applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Collaborate with frontend developers and PMs to ensure seamless integration.
- Utilize Al-assisted IDEs to expedite and improve development outcomes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.

Technical Skills
- CMS Expertise: Sitecore, Umbraco, CrafterCMS.
- Programming Languages: Strong experience in .NET C# and .NET Core.
- API Development: RESTful and GraphQL.
- Security: Strong understanding of API security best practices.
- Cloud Platforms: Azure and AWS for deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Al-Powered Development: Experience using Al-assisted IDEs (e.g., Cursor) to optimize development.
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL Server, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Performance Optimization: Caching strategies, load balancing, and scalability.
- Testing: Unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit).

Nice to Have:
- Experience with medium/large-scale migration projects.
- Knowledge of personalization implementation in CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
