Business Analyst - Onsite Quận 7

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, structured functional and non-functional specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, especially within the insurance domain.
- Investigate complex issues and interdependencies across systems, confidently identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, QA, Operations, and external vendors in a multi-vendor environment.
- Support and contribute to complex, interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions to clarify processes and system behaviors.
- Clearly communicate processes, requirements, and solutions for complex scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize tools such as Visio, JIRA, and Mural to model processes, manage requirements, and track project progress.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Contribute to documentation standards, quality controls, and best practices across projects.

- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role; experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to confidently dive deep into complex requirements and issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex processes and scenarios.
- Proven experience working in multi-vendor environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of complex project delivery and continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and controls.
- Broad knowledge of the systems/software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Visio, JIRA, Mural, or equivalent.
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment to work, and ability to perform well as a team player.
- Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable to change.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
