Data Engineer - Onsite Quang Trung/Hai Bà Trưng

• Responsible for designing and developing programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from disparate sources.
• Implement complex business logic using available data processing tools and ensure data completeness on metadata platforms.
• Integrate new data sources to increase throughput and manage data pipelines that facilitate robust analysis.
• Design, build, and maintain optimized data pipelines and ETL solutions to provide analysis and real-time analytics for decision-making.
• Strategically obtain and integrate data from various sources into the firm's platforms and statistical models.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to understand data requirements and create re-usable data assets for faster machine learning model deployment.
• Ensure data assets are organized and stored efficiently to maintain high quality, reliability, and flexibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Graph).
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, Rust, or Kotlin.
• Technical Depth: * Experience in building dimensional data models and optimized data pipelines.
o Consistent and algorithmic approach to monitoring systems and resolving data issues.
o Scripting prowess to set up and maintain machine learning model development environments.
• Language: English proficiency requirements are pursuant
