Fullstack Engineer (Python/Nuxt(Vue3)) - Hybrid

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer (Junior / Middle / Senior) to drive and lead the technical execution

of high-performance HealthTech solutions. You will be responsible for developing and architecting scalable

features using modern web technologies, ensuring seamless integration with complex backend

architectures, and contributing to cross-functional technical alignment for our Singapore partners.

How You Can Contribute

● Fullstack Development: Design and implement web applications using Nuxt (Vue 3) for dynamic

front-end interfaces and Python FastAPl for back-end microservices. Build reusable components

and deliver end-to-end product features.

● Database & API Integration: Design and implement secure RESTful APIs, integrate third-party

services, and write optimised SQL queries (MSSQL / MySQL) to support large-scale digital

healthcare data operations.

● Performance & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to build

and ship high-quality features. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical

discussions to continuously improve stack performance.

● Code Quality & Best Practices: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the full

stack. Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following Agile/Scrum best practices.

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Experience: 2 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering.

● Technical:

- Vue 3 / Nuxt (proficiency → strong expertise depending on level)

- Hands-on experience with Python FastAPI (or Flask / Django REST Framework).

- Familiarity with SQL databases (MSSQL / MySQL) and RESTful API design principles.

- Understanding of API authentication and cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum workflows (Jira / Scrum).

● Nice to Have:

- Exposure to healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.

- Knowledge of FHIR or HL7 interoperability standards.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud-native deployments.

● Soft skills: Fluent English communication, problem-solving, collaborative mindset

• Salary:

  + 2-3yoe: Up to 17M
  + 3-5yoe: Up to 22M

  + 5yoe+: Up to 32M
