Salesforce Developer - Onsite Q4, HCM

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and ensure their effectiveness in meeting business requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define system requirements, understand business needs, and implement solutions.
- Develop high-quality code and configure Salesforce systems for enhanced functionality and user experience.
- Conduct system integrations and data migration activities to ensure continuity and efficiency across platforms.
- Provide technical support, addressing and resolving any issues in real time to minimize business impact.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and integration patterns.
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, and other Salesforce administrative functions.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce engineer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce OEM customization.
- Experience with Salesforce development technologies including Apex and Lightning Components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Comfortable communicating in English
