Senior Business Analyst (ERP) - Onsite Tân Bình

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP modules and related systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end business processes and propose system improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development and configuration teams.
- Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders to validate requirements and align expectations.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and ERP capabilities; recommend optimal solutions.
- Support ERP configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), and deployment activities.
- Develop process flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst across enterprise systems or business transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Odoo, is highly preferred.
- Proven skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Able to communicate well in English
