.Net Developer - Remote

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using .NET / C# in a fast-paced production environment.
- Optimize and troubleshoot MySQL and MS SQL databases to ensure high performance and system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with international teams, Engineering Managers, and external stakeholders on technical discussions and solution delivery.
- Proactively identify issues, drive discussions, and push resolutions across cross-functional teams.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and problem-solving efficiency.
- Contribute to system performance improvements, scalability, and overall backend architecture quality.
- Take strong ownership of assigned tasks and support delivery in a high-pressure, collaborative environment.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Strong backend development experience with .NET / C# (5 years +)
- Excellent SQL skills:
+ Hands-on experience with both MySQL and MS SQL
+ Strong understanding of query optimization and performance tuning
+ Able to troubleshoot and improve database performance in production environments
- Good English communication skills:
+ Comfortable joining technical discussions/debates with international teams
+ Able to work directly with Engineering Manager and external teams
- AI-savvy mindset:
+ Comfortable using AI tools in daily engineering workflow
+ Interested in leveraging AI for productivity and problem solving
