AI Development & Integration
- Design and implement AI-powered features (insights, predictions, automation, recommendations)
- Build and maintain AI services integrated into the XPHR platform and APIs
- Work with structured and semi-structured HR data (time, attendance, absences, contracts, calendars)
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure scalable and secure deployments
Applied AI & Data
- Develop solutions using LLMs, ML models, and analytics pipelines
- Apply techniques such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and retrieval (RAG)
- Ensure AI outputs are explainable, auditable, and trustworthy
- Monitor model performance, data quality, and drift
Platform & Delivery
- Contribute to AI architecture aligned with XPHRʼs platform strategy
- Ensure AI features meet enterprise requirements: performance, security, and reliability
- Support releases, rollouts, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities
- Work closely with Product to refine use cases and measure real value
Compliance & Quality
- Design AI solutions that respect GDPR, data privacy, and security constraints
- Ensure safe handling of personal and sensitive HR data
- Support internal documentation and governance around AI usage
Working time:
- CET Time Zone( 14pm-23pm VNT)

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems, not just prototypes
- Strong programming skills (Python required; experience with backend languages a plus)
- Experience with LLMs and modern AI tooling (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, opensource models)
AI & Technical Competence
- Solid understanding of:
+ Machine learning fundamentals
+ LLM architectures and limitations
+ Prompt engineering and evaluation
+ RAG and data grounding techniques
- Experience integrating AI into real SaaS products
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ways of Working
- Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
- Able to explain AI behavior and trade-offs to non-AI stakeholders
- Strong ownership and accountability for what you build
Nice to Have
- Experience in HRTech, Payroll, Workforce Management, or regulated SaaS
- Knowledge of analytics, reporting, or BI platforms
- Experience with MLOps, monitoring, or model lifecycle management
- Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC2, or enterprise security practices
