AI-Native Product Engineer - Remote

We are looking for an experienced AI-Native Product Engineer to work closely with our team to

build and ship production software.

Our development approach is AI-first:

AI writes the code. You own the engineering.

Your role is to understand requirements, design the solution, direct AI coding agents, review their

output, test the implementation, and ensure the final product is correct, secure, maintainable, and

production-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver features end to end.

• Translate product requirements into technical plans and clear tasks for AI coding agents.

• Use tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agents as the primary implementation workflow.

• Review AI-generated code and identify bugs, poor architecture, security issues, or incorrect assumptions.

• Redirect AI agents when they are heading in the wrong direction.

• Design and review unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Debug production issues and validate fixes.

• Work across frontend, backend, database, APIs, and infrastructure when needed.

• Help improve our AI-native engineering workflows and standards.

• Strong professional software engineering experience.

• Excellent ability to read, review, and reason about code.

• Strong system design and software architecture fundamentals.

• Experience using AI coding agents in real development work.

• Ability to independently judge whether AI-generated code is correct.

• Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.

• Preferably full-stack, with experience in Python and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of testing, security, APIs, databases, and production systems.

Healthcare Experience:

• Healthcare or healthtech experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in areas such as the following is a strong advantage:

  + EMR / EHR / Hospital Information Systems

  + clinical workflows

  + FHIR / HL7

  + SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD

  + Healthcare privacy and security

  + medical documentation or clinical AI

Our Engineering Philosophy:

• We do not measure engineers by how much code they manually type.

• Implementation should be AI-generated by default. The engineer's value comes from defining the right solution, guiding the AI, reviewing its work, testing it thoroughly, and taking responsibility for what reaches production.

• You should be:

  + experienced enough to challenge the AI, and AI-native enough to let the AI do the implementation.

• Salary:

  + 3-5yoe: Up to 35M

  + 5yoe+: Up to 60M

• Receive 100% salary from the onboarding date.
