Automation Test - Remote

- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium (Python).
- Write and optimize automated test scripts to ensure high test coverage and efficiency.
- Support testing with Playwright or Cypress when needed.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams in Vietnam and Singapore.
- Analyze requirements, create test cases, identify bugs, and help ensure software quality.
- Participate in improving QA processes and CI/CD pipelines if required.

- 5+ years of experience in QA, including at least 3 years in test automation using Selenium with Python.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress is a strong advantage.
- Solid technical skills in scripting, debugging, and test execution.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) – required for direct client interaction.
- Experience in the insurance or financial domain is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
