Data Analyst - Remote

Immediate Knowledge Transfer & Continuity:
- Shadow the internal lead to rapidly absorb undocumented operational workflows, specific pipeline architectures (GCP Vertex AI), and vendor management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Take immediate functional ownership of inflight ML and GenAI projects (e.g., commercial demand forecasting models and data cleaning pipelines).

Hands-On Execution & Prototyping:
- Execute data manipulation, insight extraction, and rapid technical prototyping using Python and SQL based on predefined business requirements.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing enterprise dashboards and reporting workflows in Looker and PowerBI.
- Support the operationalization of machine learning and GenAI scripts within Google Cloud Platform, ensuring pipelines run smoothly.

Vendor Delivery Coordination & QA:
- Act as the daily technical coordinator for offshore implementation partners and managed services (e.g., TCS).
- Review, test, and strictly QA vendor deliverables and code commits to ensure they align with the initial business requirement documents (BRDs) and technical specifications before deployment.
- Triage cross-team technical tickets and clear execution blockers for the offshore developers.

Tactical Business Interfacing:
- Interface directly with commercial business units to gather, document, and clarify specific data requirements for forecasting and reporting requests.
- Translate these commercial requests into highly detailed technical tickets and workflows for the offshore development teams to build.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, or BI development, focusing on execution and delivery.
- Advanced, proven proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and prototyping.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise BI platforms, specifically Looker and PowerBI.
- Practical experience executing or maintaining AI/ML models within Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI).
- Proven experience in a "Functional Lead" or "Technical DA" capacity, specifically coordinating with and QA-ing the work of offshore/external development vendors.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of rapidly absorbing complex technical handovers and writing clear technical requirements.
- Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or commercial supply chain data is highly advantageous.

+ 4-5 yoe: Upto 31M
+ >5yoe: Upto 38M
