Data Scientist / AI Engineer - Remote

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning technologies.
- Build and optimize GenAI workflows, including Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI applications.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy production-grade Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into practical AI and Data - Science solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI technologies to continuously improve products and engineering practices.
- Provide technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members on AI best practices.

- Overall Experience: 7+ years of overall experience in data science / AI roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, Transformer architectures, and Deep Learning models.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions, including Prompt Engineering and end-to-end GenAI workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark, with proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML models.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective AI/Data Science solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic AI, and advanced NLP applications in production environments.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions, from model development to business application.
- Experience in the Healthcare domain or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, AI cloud platforms, and production model lifecycle management.
- Passion for exploring emerging AI technologies and applying them to solve real-world business problems.
