1. AI Model Design and Development:
Build machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) models to address challenges such as insurance pricing, risk assessment, fraud detection, and AI agent development.
Optimize AI algorithms to ensure high performance and accuracy in real-world applications.
2. Data Analysis and Processing:
Collect, clean, and analyze big data from internal sources (e.g., customer records, claims history) and external sources (e.g., market data, industry trends).
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to provide insights that support business decision-making.
3. Research and Technological Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI (e.g., generative AI, reinforcement learning) and propose relevant applications for the non-life insurance industry.
Experiment with and implement new technologies to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to identify specific needs and implement suitable AI solutions.
Train and support non-technical staff in using AI tools effectively.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Advanced certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing AI, machine learning, or data science solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, .NET Core, and JavaScript.
- Experienced with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong knowledge of big data processing using open-source tools or cloud services like AWS, Azure (e.g., Apache Spark, Apache NiFi, and SQL/NoSQL databases).
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under high pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team spirit and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Languages:
- Proficient in English
