Flutter Developer - Remote

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Build and optimize real-time communication features such as live call, video/audio call, and messaging systems using WebRTC
- Integrate LLM (Large Language Models) and AI-powered features into mobile applications to enhance user experience and product capabilities
- Develop rich, interactive UI/UX experiences with advanced animations using Lottie and Rive
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions
- Optimize app performance, scalability, responsiveness, and maintainability
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud-based services
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

- At least 3+ years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter
- Strong hands-on experience with WebRTC, especially for live call, video/audio communication, and real-time messaging features
- Experience integrating LLM (Large Language Models) or AI-based functionalities into mobile applications
- Solid experience creating advanced animations using Lottie and Rive
- Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter architecture, state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDK integrations
- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and app deployment processes for iOS and Android
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good English communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders

- Salary
+ 3-5yoe: Upto 30M
+ >5yoe: Upto 35M
