Java Developer- Remote

- Collaborate with the team to plan, develop, operate, and own the workation and business travel platform.
Help establish the technical cloud infrastructure and make decisions on frameworks and technologies alongside the team.
- Develop software in an agile environment using Spring Boot and Java for backend development.
Implement and integrate robust security practices, including penetration testing, to ensure secure applications.
- Work on cutting-edge topics and innovative technologies while growing rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment.

- A deep passion for technology and a love for coding.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Java(5+ years of work experience with Java).
- 3+ years of Financial Services experience
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application to streamline and enhance your work.
- Prior experience or interest in relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge or experience with automated build and deployment processes using Git and container solutions such as Docker.
- Interest or experience in DevOps is plus
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, demonstrating self-motivation and independence in a fully remote team setup.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
