Lead React Developer - Remote

- Core product development — live text translation platform (real-time collaboration and high scalability).
- Leadership mindset — strong willingness to impose architecture decisions, enforce best practices, and mentor the team.

- ~7+ years experienced
- TypeScript / React / Redux
- Proven experience on large-scale applications (proof required during interview — architecture choices, code examples, scalability challenges, etc.)
- Excellent English (both written and spoken) — must be comfortable leading discussions with client and team.
- Strong leadership & technical authority — ability to define and impose architectural decisions.
- Clear communication — ability to justify technical choices and explain them to the team.
- Maturity — acts as a technical reference point, ensures code quality and maintainability.
