- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our Magento-based e-commerce platform.
- Customize and configure Magento 2 to meet specific business requirements and objectives.
- Develop custom modules and extensions to enhance the functionality and user experience of our online store.
- Collaborate with designers and UX/UI teams to implement responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Integrate third-party systems, plugins, and APIs as needed to optimize site performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system errors promptly.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and security to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Magento updates, trends, and best practices in e-commerce development.
- Assist in gathering project requirements and provide technical insights and recommendations.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the e-commerce platform's features and functionality.

Recruitment Requirements
- Proven experience as a Magento Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Magento projects.
- Proficiency in Magento 2 development, including custom module development and theming.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code deployment processes.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, online payment gateways, and PCI compliance.
- Understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Magento certification(s) is a plus.
