Manual Test - Remote(Location Ha Noi)

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to identify test requirements and potential risks.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for banking applications.

• Perform manual testing to verify application functionality, business workflows, and system behavior.

• Identify, document, track, and retest defects to ensure software quality.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

• Prepare test execution reports and provide regular updates on testing progress and quality status.

Interview process

Round 1: Online interview with vendor

Round 2: Onsite interview with client in Hanoi

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in the banking domain, preferably with banking applications or financial systems.

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Experience in test case design, execution, defect tracking, and regression testing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team.
