What Youʼll Do
- As Machine Learning Engineer, youʼll advance our core optimization algorithms by:
+ Designing, implementing and training reinforcement learning models to solve complex high-dimensional optimization problems.
+ Building scalable training pipelines and deploying solutions on Azure/GCP.
+ Ship code that matters: Build models used daily by large enterprise companies.

- Education: Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in ML engineering roles.
- RL Experience: Strong background in reinforcement learning and algorithm development.
- Python & PyTorch: Strong proficiency in Python NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch).
- Deployed models to the cloud Azure/GCP preferred).
- Independent problem-solver and communicates complex ideas clearly.
- Fluent in English and a proactive communicator.
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with logistics or operations research.
- Experience with optimization libraries and integer programming is a plus
