Power Platform Developer(OWS) - Remote

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Build internal applications to optimize business processes and automate workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform with other systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs.
- Optimize performance, ensuring system stability and scalability.
- Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Developers, Operations) throughout the development lifecycle.
- 2 positions require English communication
- 2 positions do not require English (Vietnamese is ok)

Must-have
- At least 3+ years of experience working with Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of application development processes and system thinking.
- Experience working with:
+ Data sources: SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, etc.
+ REST APIs or integration services.
- Ability to analyze requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience in digital transformation or process automation projects.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salary:
+ 3-5 yoe: ENG: Upto 35M, Non-ENG: Upto 30M
+ >5yoe: ENG: Upto 40M, Non-ENG: Upto 35M
