Principal/Technical Lead Fullstack Engineer - Remote

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly experienced Principal / Technical Lead Fullstack Engineer to drive the architecture and development of next-generation Web3 and AI-powered platforms.
- This role goes beyond hands-on coding — you will own system design, technical strategy, and execution at scale, working closely with founders and product leaders to shape complex, high-impact systems.
- You are expected to operate at the level of a system architect, technical decision-maker, and hands-on builder.

What You Will Do
- Own and define the end-to-end system architecture for large-scale Web3 / AI products
- Lead the design of distributed, scalable, and secure systems across frontend, backend, and blockchain layers
- Architect and implement on-chain/off-chain integrations, including smart contracts, indexing, and data pipelines
- Drive adoption of AI/LLM capabilities (automation, decision engines, intelligent matching, analytics) into core products
- Make critical decisions on tech stack, system trade-offs, and long-term scalability
- Work directly with leadership to translate business problems into robust technical solutions
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and system reliability practices
- Mentor senior engineers and shape the technical culture of the team
- Stay deeply hands-on with critical components and complex problem-solving

Core Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as fullstack engineering, with proven experience in system architecture design
- Strong track record of building and scaling production-grade systems
- Solid experience with modern backend (Node.js / Python / similar) and frontend frameworks (React / Next.js)
- Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems:
- Smart contracts, wallets, on-chain data flows
- Experience with EVM / Sui / or similar blockchain platforms
- Proven experience integrating AI systems (LLMs, OpenAI APIs, ML pipelines) into real products

Strong knowledge of:
- Distributed systems
- Performance optimization
- Security best practices
- Ability to own technical decisions independently and drive execution

Preferred / High-Impact Experience
- Experience with Zero-Knowledge (ZK), identity systems, or privacy-preserving protocols
- Built or contributed to trading systems, marketplaces, or AI-driven platforms
- Experience designing matching engines / recommendation systems
- Prior experience as Technical Lead / Architect / Founding Engineer
- Exposure to high-growth startup environments
