Product Manager - Remote

- Horizontal Channel Management: Define and govern the digital real estate allocation rules, information architectures, navigation schemas, and checkout patterns across the mobile application.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Ingestion: Act as the direct peer and partner to vertical business unit (BU) Product Owners. Ingest commercial business requirement documents (BRDs), evaluate them against platform capabilities, and translate them into strict Technical Interface Acceptances.
- Core Squad Delivery Management: Direct the day-to-day agile execution sprint cycles of the DX delivery nodes (UX, UI, and internal prototyping resources) to fulfill product roadmaps.
- Telemetry & Analytics Standardization: Architect and enforce absolute data collection and user interaction tracking schemas. Ensure all new components emit unalterable behavioral telemetry events before clearance, and enforce proactive optimisations with the data.
- Gateway Compliance Enforcement: Establish and run the final deployment checkpoint process. Authoritatively block non-compliant, broken, or custom-styled software updates built by external vendors or internal developer teams from entering production.

- Experience: 6 to 9 years of pure software Product Management experience, ideally managing horizontal platform layers, core fulfillment funnels, mobile web applications, physical kiosk applications and digital channels within enterprise environments etc.
- Technical Literacy: Deep foundational comprehension of modern software delivery stacks, API contract mapping, database structures, and platform performance variables (e.g., rendering speeds, network call latencies).
- Agile Methodologies: Complete mastery of JIRA architecture, including managing complex Epic-to-Story hierarchies, managing multi-team backlog dependencies, and formulating precise technical acceptance criteria. Scrum Master certification ideal.
- Communication Nuance: Elite diplomatic negotiation skills; must demonstrate the capability to confidently realign or re-scope commercial demands from various stakeholders while defending core user experience principles and system boundaries.
