Product Owner/Product Manager - Remote

- Lead the discovery phase for a trading platform product initiative.
- Work directly with stakeholders and end customers to understand business goals, user pain points, and market expectations.
- Identify and define target user segments, product positioning, and core platform functionalities.
- Develop product vision, roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Translate business needs into actionable product strategies and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and engineering teams during future project phases.
- Provide strategic consulting to help shape future platform development and long-term product direction.
- Support transition from discovery into analysis, design, and implementation phases if the project proceeds.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for trading platforms, fintech products, or financial systems.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, user behaviors, and financial platform ecosystems.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the end client by providing product roadmap recommendations and business direction, with a primary focus on product strategy and user adoption rather than deep technical implementation.
- Experience leading product discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder consulting engagements.
- Strong business analysis and product strategy capabilities.
- Ability to define user personas, customer journeys, and feature prioritization frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to balance business objectives, user experience, and delivery feasibility.
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
