This is a two-part build:
- A data pipeline that pulls the org structure from Oracle/Entra and keeps it in sync with Skodel on a fortnightly cadence.
- Changes to Skodel's group model to support nested hierarchy and automated facilitator rights derived from org position.
- Oracle HCM extract connector - consuming the department/manager data. Entra/Graph API integration for user

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Python: Strong. Mid-senior level minimum. Comfortable working on an existing codebase.
- SCIM: Must have. Needs to understand how SCIM payloads are structured and how Skodel's endpoints work.
- Microsoft Entra / Graph API: Must have. Reading department and manager attributes from Entra. Understanding sync behaviour.
- REST API / ETL pipelines: Must have. Building the sync process that runs fortnightly.
- Tree / graph traversal: Required. Building parent-child hierarchy logic in Python. Handling edge cases.
- Oracle HCM: Bonus but not essential. The extract format is documented so can be learned quickly.
