React Native Developer - Remote

- The project is urgent and is a Proof of Concept (POC), which requires a high level of competence in the team to quickly and effectively deliver a functional product.
- The team is expected to perform the full software development pipeline, including deployment to the Google Play and Apple App Stores.
- The project is financial, related to granting loans, which demands knowledge of the industry's specifics and high-quality code.
- Key requirements concern the full mobile application development lifecycle using React Native and knowledge of quality tools and processes.
- It is crucial to differentiate React Native from ReactJS (web) and avoid mixing teams with different experience.
- There is a possibility to adjust the team's working hours to minimize the time difference between Poland and Vietnam (approx. 5-6 hours shift).

- Senior developers must have experience with Git, GitLab, code quality control tools (e.g., Sonar), and deploying applications to production.
- Experience strictly in React Native is sought, not in web-based React applications.
- It is required to understand the entire production process, not just programming, but also testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Experience with the integration of specific advertising SDKs and handling deeplinks is valuable.
- The application requires integration with advertising systems via SDK and handling deeplinks, which increases the technical complexity.
- There is no need to expand the requirements beyond React Native and associated tools.
- Candidates must be fluent in English to collaborate with the geographically dispersed team
