Ruby Developer - Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Ruby Developer to build and scale the backend of a crypto banking product. You’ll work on high-load systems, TON blockchain integrations, and core financial infrastructure in a fast-growing Web3 project.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain backend services in Ruby for crypto banking.
– Integrate with the TON ecosystem, Prisma ORM, and Neon (PostgreSQL).
– Optimize performance and ensure system reliability.
– Work with APIs using Hono and Vite.
– Design backend architecture, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with the team.

– 5+ years of experience with Ruby (senior level).
– Experience building and optimizing high-load systems.
– Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and fintech security.
– Hands-on experience with blockchain integrations.

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of DeFi and TON smart contracts.
– Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript for frontend or integrations.
