- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, with strong hands-on involvement in coding and configuration.
- Design, develop, and review custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Own technical architecture decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, managing day-to-day communication and expectations.
- Manage project budget and delivery timelines in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor team members on Salesforce development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce platform.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (triggers, classes, batch/async processing).
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows (automation, record-triggered and screen flows).
- Proven experience in a Salesforce technical lead or senior developer capacity.
- Excellent in English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships directly.
- Experience managing project scope, budget, and delivery expectations with clients.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery.
- Must be able to independently manage client conversations.
