Senior AI Engineer - Remote

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core / .NET Framework (or related stack)
- Architect and implement production-ready RAG pipelines (embedding, retrieval, ranking, response orchestration)
- Develop LLM-powered services using LangChain (or similar frameworks), Amazon Bedrock, or equivalent platforms
- Build and maintain Al agents with tool integrations and structured workflows
- Design clean APls and service contracts for Al-powered modules
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Releases)
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize Al services in Azure and/or AWS environments
- Ensure reliability, observability, performance, and security of Al-enabled backend systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, data, and DevOps teams to ship Al-driven features end-to-end
- Contribute to technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards within the team
- Document architecture decisions and Al system design trade-offs clearly

- Working hour from 3 pm to 12 am or a daily overlap of 4 hours from 8 PM to 12 AM (midnight) Indochina Time (ICT)

Must-Have
• Strong backend/software engineering fundamentals:
- Data structures & algorithms
- API design & distributed systems
- Concurrency & async processing
- Clean architecture principles
• 5+ years of backend development experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework (or similar
enterprise backend stack)
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Al applications in production, including:
- RAG pipelines
- LLM-powered services
- LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks
- Amazon Bedrock
- Al Agents with tool-calling patterns
• Experience working with Azure Al Foundry
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps workflows (CI/CD pipelines, branching strategy, release
management)
• Experience integrating analytics solutions such as Amazon QuickSight / Quick Suite
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure and/or AWS)
• Experience with RESTful APls, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and secure service
design
• Ability to debug, profile, and optimize Al service performance (latency, cost, token usage)
• Fluent English for direct communication with global teams
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with vector databases (Azure Al Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks and prompt optimization strategies
• Experience designing microservices architecture in enterprise systems
• Background in data pipelines or document processing systems
• Domain experience in Construction, Accounting, or FinTech
• Experience working in global, distributed teams across time zones
