Senior C++ Developer - Remote

• Develop and optimize C++ backend services for complex logistics, transportation, and supply chain platforms.

• Design and implement multi-threaded, low-latency systems, algorithms, and core application engines.

• Integrate APIs and external systems, ensuring reliable and efficient data flows.

• Troubleshoot, test, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while contributing to backend architecture and system improvements.

• Collaborate with Frontend/Backend teams and stakeholders to deliver features supporting shipment, freight, booking, tracking, and transport execution workflows.

• 7 to 10 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics-related software, operations, or technology environments.

• Experience in ocean freight, freight forwarding, last-mile transportation, transport management, or supply chain platforms is strongly preferred.

• Strong hands-on experience in C++ backend development.

• Good experience with multi-threading, low-latency systems, algorithms, and core application engines.

• Familiarity with backend architecture and complex application design.

• Good understanding of software design patterns.

• Experience with API integration and working with external systems.

• Familiarity with GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines.

• Good debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

Highly Valued Skills

• Experience with or willingness to work on Angular-based web UI.

• Ability to bridge backend logic with frontend user workflows.

• Experience with AWS-hosted environments.

• Experience in SaaS platforms, marketplace platforms, logistics portals, or digital freight solutions.

• Understanding of shipment workflows, freight rates, booking flows, tracking, last-mile delivery, or transport execution.
