1. DevSecOps & Advanced Infrastructure Management
Patching & Zero-Trust Setup: Immediately close current Critical vulnerabilities (public S3 buckets, exposed JWT/Credentials). Implement a centralized Secrets Management system (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or SOPS) to safely inject credentials into the runtime.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform or Pulumi to provision reproducible infrastructure. This is the foundation that allows AI to understand and participate in infrastructure change proposals.
Container Architecture & Orchestration: Design and operate Kubernetes (K8s) clusters or containerized environments (AWS ECS/GCP Cloud Run) optimized for various workloads: Go (high concurrency), Rust (high-performance computing), and Python (MLOps/FastAPI).
Strangler Pattern Routing: Configure and manage API Gateways (Kong, Traefik, or Nginx) for intelligent traffic routing, enabling a seamless transition for users from the legacy Node.js system to the new microservices without noticing the underlying changes.
Comprehensive Observability: Deploy OpenTelemetry combined with Prometheus/Grafana or Datadog to monitor metrics, distributed tracing, and logs for both user systems and the AI Agents' processing pipelines.
2. AI Vibecoding & Agentic Orchestration
Memory Management & Knowledge Bases: Establish and maintain memory management systems (e.g., Vector Databases for RAG) to ensure AI Agents always retain full system context and perform accurate codebase analysis.
Setting up the Vibecoding Environment: Configure standard rule sets (e.g., .cursorrules, GitHub Copilot instructions) to provide context for AI IDEs, ensuring AI consistently generates code that adheres to our architectural and security standards.
GitHub Control Plane for the AI Swarm:
Build specialized CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to catch Pull Requests (PRs) triggered by AI Agents (DeepSeek, MiniMax, Claude).
Integrate automated code scanning tools (SAST/DAST like SonarQube, Trivy) to evaluate AI-generated code.
Enforce the "Human-in-the-loop" principle: AI proposes, CI/CD tests, Humans approve.
Sandboxing & AI Run-time: Set up isolated (Sandboxed) environments where AI Agents can autonomously dry-run executables or unit tests without jeopardizing the internal network.
API Management & AI FinOps: Monitor API traffic to LLM models. Manage rate limits, implement caching layers for LLM requests, and optimize token costs (especially when blending cost-effective models like DeepSeek with premium models like Claude).

DevOps & Cloud (Hard Skills):
DevOps Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Senior DevOps/SRE (VMs, CI/CD, deployment automation), preferably with SaaS/Multi-tenant architectures.
Full-stack Capability: Ability to read, validate, and refactor AI-generated source code. You must be able to ensure a high level of code logic quality.
Infrastructure & Cloud: Highly proficient in at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, GCP). Deep understanding of Networking (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, WAF).
IaC & Containers: Excellent skills with Terraform/Pulumi, Docker, and Kubernetes/Helm.
Tech-stack Awareness: Deep understanding of optimized build/deploy methods for Go, Rust, Python, and modern frontend ecosystems (Angular/Nx/TypeScript).
AI Vibecoding & Mindset (New Paradigm):
AI Tooling Mastery: Proficient in using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Frontier LLMs) and treating them as an indispensable part of your daily workflow. Ability to use prompts to rapidly generate bash/Python/Terraform scripts.
Prompt & Context Engineering: Knowing how to design context rules to "teach" AI to write standardized code, integrated seamlessly with existing Knowledge Bases.
Open Architectural Mindset: Practical experience or a strong willingness to experiment with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Security Paranoia: Always maintaining a "Zero Trust" mindset combined with audit and secure code review experience; never trusting AI-generated code until it has passed strict static and dynamic testing filters.
