Senior QA Lead - Remote

Lead end-to-end QA and testing activities, including test planning, preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.

Create and manage test cases, test suites, and test execution activities using Azure DevOps Test Plans.

Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) across internal teams and third-party vendors.

Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, ensuring requirements and business scenarios are properly validated.

Track defects, testing progress, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, business users, and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.

5+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with proven experience in a Senior QA or QA Lead role.

Strong experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and QA coordination.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.

Proven experience coordinating SIT and UAT with business users and third-party vendors.

Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional team.
