Senior React (JS & Native) - Remote

- Act as the Technical Lead for frontend development, defining and executing the UI/UX architecture and roadmap.
- Design, develop, and maintain the React-based interface for highly interactive low-code tools.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless experience between the Rust backend and React frontend.
- Develop complex graphical user interfaces, including drag-and-drop features, real-time updates, and intuitive workflows.
- Optimize performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability across different devices and screen sizes.
- Implement robust CI/CD automation pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up to date with the latest React and frontend development trends, ensuring best practices are followed.

- 7-8 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficient English communication skills, equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher.
- Team-building capability with experience in leading development teams.
- 5+ years of experience working with ReactJS, React Native, NextJS, Redux, Redux
Saga, Redux Thunk, with a strong focus on ReactJS and React Native expertise.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS or LESS.
- Experience with one or more UI libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, AntDesign,
Material UI.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
- Proven experience in handling real-time data updates and optimizing performance
across web, responsive web, and mobile platforms.
- Front-end performance optimization experience, including improving Google Page
Speed.
- Extensive experience in improving user experience (UX).
- Mobile development experience with React Native, including building and optimizing
cross-platform applications.
- Experience with React Native performance optimization, including handling
animations, memory management, and reducing app size.
- Familiarity with native modules and third-party integrations in React Native.
- Product development experience is an advantage.
- Strong qualities of perseverance, attention to detail, and responsibility.
