1. Strategic UX & Architecture
Problem Solving: Take ambiguous financial requirements and translate them into logical, intuitive user flows. You will handle complex data tables, dashboards, and multi-step transaction processes.
Information Architecture (IA): Restructure and organize content to ensure navigation is seamless. You don't just design screens; you design the logic of how users move through the application.
Research-Led Design: Plan and execute user research (interviews, usability testing) to validate hypotheses before high-fidelity design begins. Use data to defend your design decisions to stakeholders.
2. The Design System
Build from Scratch: You will not just maintain an existing library. You will architect and build a comprehensive Design System from 0 to 1.
Scalability: Define global styles, component libraries, accessibility standards, and usage documentation.
Tokenization: Implement advanced Figma features (Variables, Tokens, Auto-layout) to ensure the system is developer-friendly and scalable across different platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
3. Collaboration & Delivery
Developer Handover: Bridge the gap between design and engineering. Produce clear specs and annotate designs to minimize friction during the coding phase.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead discovery workshops and design sprints with Dutch stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. The Fundamentals
5+ Years Experience: Proven track record as a Product Designer or UX Designer, with a portfolio that highlights process, logic, and systems over just "pretty visuals."
Fintech/Banking Expertise: Mandatory experience in the financial sector. You understand the nuances of eKYC, transaction flows, data visualization, and security/trust markers in design.
Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication. You must be able to articulate why a design decision was made and manage stakeholders in a direct, professional manner (essential for working with Dutch clients).
2. Technical & System Skills
Design System Architect: Demonstrated experience building design systems from scratch. You understand Atomic Design principles and how to document components for developers.
Advanced Figma Mastery: You are a power user. You understand component properties, variables, and how to structure files for large teams.
Accessibility (a11y): Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 standards. You design for inclusivity (contrast, screen readers, focus states) by default.
3. The UX Mindset
Data-Driven: Ability to use analytics and user feedback to iterate on products.
Service Design Thinking: You look beyond the screen to understand the full customer service blueprint and offline/online touchpoints.
4. Why this is a "Senior" Role
You don't need supervision to move a project forward.
You can push back on requirements if they result in a bad user experience.
You can mentor other team members on best practices in UX and System Design.
