- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to card products and services. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Way4 card management system, supporting configuration, implementation, and enhancement activities. - Facilitate end-to-end system integration using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring interoperability with third-party systems (e.g., mobile banking apps, payment gateways). - Design and document data models and workflows to support new card features, promotions, or system enhancements. - Work closely with developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented and tested. - Perform root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and long-term fixes. - Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials. - Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to validate business needs. - Leverage Oracle database knowledge to write and review SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and issue investigation.
