Business Analyst(Credit Card) - Onsite HCM

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to card products and services.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Way4 card management system, supporting configuration, implementation, and enhancement activities.
- Facilitate end-to-end system integration using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring interoperability with third-party systems (e.g., mobile banking apps, payment gateways).
- Design and document data models and workflows to support new card features, promotions, or system enhancements.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented and tested.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and long-term fixes.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to validate business needs.
- Leverage Oracle database knowledge to write and review SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and issue investigation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on credit card systems.
- Proven experience working with the Way4 (OpenWay) platform.
- Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle processes, including issuance, authorization, clearing & settlement, billing, and disputes.
- Experience in API integration, including familiarity with JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP standards.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital payment ecosystems such as tokenization, contactless, 3D Secure, and mobile wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Familiarity with card scheme requirements (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Middle(3-5 yoe): upto 30M
Senior(>5 yoe): upto 36M
