Business Analyst - Remote

- Collect and analyze business processes and system requirements from clients.
- Support and advise clients in defining and shaping product requirements.
- Create and manage system documentation, including System Requirement Specification (SRS), Feature List, Use Case List, Use Case Details, General Business Rules, Wireframes, etc.
- Take primary responsibility for business knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, planning, and workload estimation.
- Support the Project Manager during the product acceptance phase.
- Assist the Project Manager in analyzing feedback from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between the product development/production team and the clients or internal departments.
- Support the product testing team.

Must have:
Good Communication Eng
Good Elicitation & Analysis Skill: Able to define customer needs & provide consultation
Proficient in Backlog management
Good at Stakeholder Managemen, Proactive in working with stakeholder and team
Have knowledge in Warehouse Tracking Management

Other:
4-5+ YoE
Experience with User Story format
Have knoweldge of CSV document is a plus
Strong knowledge in Supply chain is a plus
