AI Engineer - Remote

a California-based hardware and software platform for real-time voice intelligence and analytics. The project involves building voice AI pipelines (STT/TTS), data enrichment layers, and user-facing interfaces to transform spoken interactions into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack features including backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
- Design and integrate voice AI pipelines (STT/TTS, real-time audio processing, NLP enrichment, analytics)
- Implement AI capabilities using LLM APIs and integrate them into production systems
- Own features end-to-end: planning, implementation, deployment, and iteration
- Contribute to technical planning and system architecture decisions

Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
- Strong experience with Node.js or Python for backend development
- Strong experience with React or Vue for frontend development
- Experience with voice/audio processing pipelines (STT/TTS systems such as Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI; WebRTC; audio streaming)
- Experience integrating LLM APIs and implementing prompt engineering in production systems
- Experience building RESTful and WebSocket APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have:
- Experience with embedded systems, IoT, or hardware-integrated software
- Familiarity with speaker diarization, sentiment analysis, or conversation intelligence systems
- Previous startup or small product team experience
- Experience building developer tools or B2B SaaS platforms

- Salary:
+ Mid+(4-5yoe): Upto 30M
+ Sen(5yoe+): 35M
