Design and implement AI Agent workflows for invoice OCR/document extraction and automated 3-way matching.
Develop discrepancy and anomaly detection logic for mismatched, duplicate, or incomplete invoices.
Build lead-scoring models using historical CRM data, user behavior, and business metrics.
Develop LLM-powered natural-language search and reporting capabilities over CRM and vendor data.
Integrate LLM-based agents with internal APIs, databases, and data sources while ensuring reliable and explainable outputs.
Collaborate with backend engineers to expose AI capabilities through scalable internal APIs.
Monitor and continuously improve AI/agent performance in production, including accuracy, false-positive rates, and overall reliability.

3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with production LLM-based applications.
Strong experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI Agent design, and LLM-based workflows.
Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and LLM application development.
Experience building document extraction/OCR pipelines, preferably for invoices or other business documents.
Strong understanding of structured data matching, reconciliation, validation, and anomaly detection.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing web applications through REST APIs or similar interfaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Fluent English communication skills

Experience building AI solutions for CRM, ERP, Finance, Procurement, or Accounting platforms.
Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, model evaluation, or agent evaluation.
Experience with AI observability, monitoring, and production optimization.
Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture.
Experience designing explainable and permission-aware AI systems for enterprise applications.
