AI Video Editor - Remote

- Create high-quality, realistic cinematic videos using AI tools and advanced prompting techniques (focused on realistic output, not typical AI-style visuals)
- Develop strong prompts and workflows to optimize video generation quality across different AI platforms
- Plan, edit, and refine video content based on storytelling principles, screenplay structure, and visual narrative flow
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to transform concepts into engaging visual content
- Select and combine the most suitable AI tools for each project based on quality, speed, and production goals
- Enhance generated content through post-production editing, transitions, sound, pacing, and final output optimization
- Continuously research and evaluate new AI video tools, trends, and best practices to improve production efficiency

- Proven experience in AI Video Editing or related creative production roles
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, creative production, or AI-generated content development
- Strong expertise in AI prompting for generating realistic cinematic videos (focused on realistic, cinematic output rather than generic AI-style visuals)
- Good understanding of video production, editing, storytelling, screenplay, and visual composition
- Strong knowledge of the strengths and limitations of various AI video generation tools and the ability to optimize output quality
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Good English communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders

- Salary
+ 3-5yoe: Upto 30M
+ >5yoe: Upto 35M
