Business Developer - Remote

- Collect and analyze business processes and system requirements from clients.
- Support and advise clients in defining and shaping product requirements.
- Take primary responsibility for business knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, planning, and workload estimation.
- Support the Project Manager during the product acceptance phase.
- Assist the Project Manager in analyzing feedback from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between the product development/production team and the clients or internal departments.
- Support the product testing team.

- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hotel & resort/F&b domain experience will be an advantage
- A professional with a good work ethic who can work to tight deadlines, manage time appropriately and requires minimal supervision
- Must possess strong analytical skills and leadership qualities to grow into leadership positions
- Good verbal skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills
