Fullstack Developer(Python+Reactjs) - Remote

- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end features (backend → frontend)
- Work on a large ERP system split into 12–13 complex domains
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine lightweight, evolving specifications
- Ask questions early and often to avoid misunderstandings and delays
- Improve existing codebase quality, performance, and maintainability
- Take responsibility for features in production (bug fixes, improvements)
- Support the onboarding of future developers once the collaboration scales

Technical Skills
- Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong full-stack profile (not frontend-only or backend-only)
- Solid experience with Python backend development
- Strong React + TypeScript skills
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working with complex business domains (ERP, finance, logistics, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP or construction, finance, or accounting systems
- Prior experience in product companies (not only outsourcing)
- Svelte experience
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure concepts
- Experience mentoring or onboarding other developers
