Fulltack Developer(Node.js/Python, React) - Remote

• Develop core CRM modules, including Lead/Opportunity Management, Contact/Account Management, custom fields, and object builder functionality.

• Design and implement a configurable workflow and approval engine supporting multi-step, role-based, and department-specific workflows.

• Develop backend functionality for Vendor Management & Invoicing, including PO workflows, approval routing, and payment tracking.

• Build the cross-module integration layer connecting CRM, Vendor Management, and third-party systems through APIs and webhooks.

• Implement integrations with external systems such as accounting software, email, and calendar platforms.

• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across the platform.

• Collaborate with AI Engineers to expose relevant platform data and actions through APIs for AI Agent integration.

• 3+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python.

• Solid frontend development experience with React.js.

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and consuming third-party APIs.

• Hands-on experience with webhook-based integrations and event-driven data flows.

• Strong understanding of relational database design, including complex business data structures and relationships.

• Experience designing and implementing configurable workflow/approval engines, rather than relying on hardcoded business logic.

• Good understanding and hands-on experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Strong understanding of software architecture, modular design, and maintainable code.

• Experience working on at least one custom business workflow system or enterprise application.

• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Previous experience building custom CRM, ERP, procurement, or internal business platforms.

• Experience integrating with accounting platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.

• Experience with multi-tenant or multi-department enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with GraphQL in addition to REST APIs.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, or microservices architecture.

• Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineers and integrating AI capabilities into business applications.

• Salary:

  • 3-5yoe: Up to 26M

  • 5yoe+: Up to 31M
