Senior AI / LLM Engineer - Remote

Design and develop agentic AI systems using LangGraph or similar frameworks.

Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for production applications.

Develop LLM-powered features and integrate LLMs into scalable software systems.

Design and implement LLM evaluation processes to measure accuracy, quality, and reliability.

Build and optimize search and retrieval solutions using Elasticsearch.

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience with LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI systems.

Experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks.

Experience with Elasticsearch and search/retrieval systems.

Understanding of LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Fluent English communication skills.

Experience in the Energy sector is a plus.
