Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote

- Design and build the MVP end-to-end:
+ Cloud-based
+ Authentication, project library, file uploads (PDF/Image)
+ Interactive blueprint viewer (zoom, pan, scale, layers)
+ Manual takeoff tools (count, polyline, polygon)
+ Integrate AI-assisted and AI-automated takeoff workflows
+ Export to Excel / CSV
- Design clean, scalable APIs between frontend, backend, and AI services
- Make pragmatic tradeoffs:
+ Manual first → AI-assisted → selective automation
- Ensure performance, reliability, and clarity for professional users
- Help set engineering standards and best practices early

Working Model (Important)
- This is a Vietnam-based role working closely with a US-based founding team
- You’ll collaborate directly with experienced US product and engineering leaders
- Take ownership of your work.
- Clear communication (Vietnamese or English) and async collaboration are essential
- Expect daily meetings with the US team in the evening (Vietnam time) to discuss
progress. Working hours are in Vietnam time.

- 6–10+ years of experience as a senior software engineer
- Strong full-stack experience (Python and Javascript)
- Experience designing systems from zero to MVP
- Excellent engineering judgment — you know what not to build
- Excellent use of AI assisted coding tools.
- Comfortable working in an iterative startup culture, with evolving requirements and
high ownership

Nice to Have
- Experience with canvas-based, diagram, or design tools
- B2B SaaS or workflow product experience
- Prior exposure to ML / AI-powered features
