Senior Java Fullstack - Remote[ENG]

- Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Create architecture diagrams as solutions to business requirements
- Present solutions to and address findings from the Xolv Architecture Review Board
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their growth and development.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Instill and foster a mindset of data security and data privacy in fellow developers.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs using Java.
- Maintain and enhance mobile applications written in Flutter.
- Maintain and enhance client applications written in React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
- Working time: 8am-6pm vnt

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java backend API development.
- Experience with frontend development using React.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of software testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in leading software development projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience developing Flutter applications.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior software engineers.
- Good level of comfort leveraging AI-assisted development.
- Being proactive, adaptable, and passionate about technology.
- Integration experience with Salesforce APIs.
- English B2/B2+
