Service Now Engineer - Remote

• ServiceNow Technical Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert to guide local Hong Kong engineers on ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB best practices, asset class mappings, and table configurations.

• Security scanning tools & ServiceNow Integration: Configure, build, and maintain bidirectional integrations between scanning tools (e.g., Tenable Cloud Security and other vulnerability scanners) and ServiceNow using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or webhooks.

• Workflow Automation & Incident Management: Design custom fields, business rules, and automated workflows to ingest security findings into ServiceNow ITSM and automate remediation ticket assignments.

• Project Delivery Support: Assist Hong Kong delivery engineers with enterprise and financial sector cloud security deployments, taking ownership of integration tasks to keep milestones on track.

• Documentation & Operational Runbooks: Produce integration architecture diagrams, API data mapping sheets, and maintenance documentation to ensure seamless handoff and operations.

• ServiceNow Practical Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules, including custom field creation, business rules, standard workflow configuration, and API connections.

• Vulnerability Management Knowledge: Practical understanding of vulnerability management lifecycles and experience with scanning platforms (e.g., Tenable CNAPP/Tenable.io, Qualys, or cloud-native security tools).

• API & System Integration: Hands-on experience connecting 3rd-party SaaS or security solutions into ServiceNow via REST/SOAP APIs or webhooks.

• Language Capabilities: Fluent communication, reading and writing skills in English

• Mobility & Independence: Self-driven in a remote environment with the flexibility to travel to Hong Kong on-site as required for project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security Scanning Connector Experience: Prior experience configuring 3rd party tools (e.g., security scanning tools like Tenable, Qualys or other cloud-native security tools) integrations or connectors within ServiceNow CMDB/ITSM.

• Multi-Cloud Foundations: Understanding of public cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) or regional enterprise cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud) is preferred.

• Enterprise Delivery Track Record: Prior project delivery experience for enterprise, financial services, or public sector clients in the Greater China Region.

• Cantonese Proficiency: Conversational or fluent Cantonese is a strong plus for client communication.

• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), or Cloud Infrastructure / Security / Data / AI Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) is preferred.

• Salary:

  + 2-4yoe: Up to 32M

  + 4yoe+: Up to 38M
