Business Analyst - Onsite Q4, HCM

Lead and support end-to-end business requirements analysis for business and technology initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and strategic objectives.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, project scope, and expected outcomes.

Apply structured analysis and logical thinking to identify business problems, assess requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.

Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain high-quality documentation, requirements traceability, and governance to ensure consistency and alignment across project deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and validate proposed solutions.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating business outcomes, coordinating user feedback, and ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria.

Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of requirement changes; support change management throughout project delivery.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business and technology analysis role.

Proven experience in end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management.

Strong ability to translate business problems into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.

Excellent logical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong skills in requirements documentation, traceability, and change management.

Experience supporting solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Good English communication skills.
